My my, Ricard sure has evolved. He is now more mature and more flirty. It'll be fun to Rp with him now.
Now Ricard has become a Talonflame! I imagine this can create some fun RP situations and development for him.

Hyper:

Ricard is rather known for having a lot of energy inside him, which makes him hyper. He is always moving around, never really stopping unless he needs to in order to relax, which can lead to exhaustion a lot. He gets especially hyper in the summer, when there is a lot of heat on the island. This leads him to always patrolling the island when he has the time to, which leads to him meeting up with a lot of pokecats. When he’s with friends, he’s always trying to get them to do something physical or requires movement in order to release his pent up energy.

Optimistic:

Ricard is a pokecat that never likes to think about the negatives of what’s going on, and instead focuses on the positives. He’s always trying to cheer up other pokecats around him, and hates seeing others feeling sad or sorry for what happened with their past. This can lead him to come off as insensitive at times, but he means well with trying to cheer up others. He’s also good around kittens because of how he can cheer them up and make them happy.

Dedicated:

Ricard has a mind that’s as dedicated as the foundation of buildings. Once he is given a task, he won’t stop until the task is done or he’s told to stop. Even if it’s a task that he isn’t a big fan of or hates, he’ll do his best to see that it gets done. This can also lead to him when it comes to others. Once he finds a pokecat he wants to be friends with, he won’t stop until they either become his friend or his enemy.

Flirty:

Ricard has a bit of a habit when it comes to other pokecats. If he sees a pokecat he knows, he’ll try his best to make them feel special. He’ll compliment them on their looks and personality, do things for them that they like, and try extra hard to make them happy. It doesn’t matter what gender they are or what rank(for the most part), he’ll let the cat know he’s interested. He knows that this is something that only hurts him, but his dreams to start a family stop him from stopping.

Caring:

Ricard has a knack for the well being of other pokecats. If he sees a pokecat that’s lost or hurting, he’ll try everything he can to make them feel better. He tries to not hurt other pokecat’s feelings, and tries his best to not attack them unless he has to, or if they’re a Team Rocket cat committing crimes on him. Even when he has to hurt others, he tries to make sure they’re fine, unless he’s told not to. He also tries to keep others feelings in mind when he’s going to do things he isn’t proud of.

Unsure

Even though he tries to be happy, deep down Ricard has a lot of things he is unsure of. The biggest thing is his evolution: He is never sure if he made the right choice with it.  He has a lot of regret over it, and even has regret when it comes to past actions, such as the many failed relationships he’s had. He tries to hide this from others, but he will confide in those he considers good friends, family, or higher rankings.

Workaholic

Ricard also has a problem of taking his job too seriously and works his job too much. Whenever he’s not working, he’s still trying to keep peace on the island, which can cut into his free time. He doesn’t work all the time, but he still works too much and tries so hard when he is working. It’s mostly because he doesn’t want to be seen as weak by not working. He also considers himself weak as a Ranger Deputy, and wants to show that he isn’t by working more than the other Rangers to show dedication.

Confused

Ricard holds a lot of confusion in his mind, mostly when it comes to the world around him. He flirts with any gender of pokecat, but it’s mostly because males have flirted with him before, and he doesn’t know if he should too because others do. He’s also confused as to why pokecats do what they do. This is mostly because he’s still immature in the mental sense, and is never sure what to do in many situations that relate to how he should act around others.

A little background info: Ricard has always been very outgoing and hyper. He always wishes to find new things and discover weird items. Since he was young, he always dreamed to become an explorer. When he got the news that he was accepted, he was bouncing off the walls in joy. His parents never approved of it because they wanted him to be a trainer, much like them. When they tried to ground him, he just snuck out. That was when he was 2. Now he is living his dream, and he couldn’t be happier.

Ricard enjoyed his time on the island, but it unfortunately got destroyed. An incident that was caused by Team Rocket caused the home island to be destroyed. Ricard didn't know who lived, who died, and what was going to happen, but he was soon on a new island. It took some time, but the island was soon made into the new home of all the pokecats from his home island. Unfortunately, Ricard could not be an explorer, so he has to be a ranger. This doesn't mean he doesn't explore the island on his free time.

After all the Kalos pokecats moved to the island, Ricard found himself working very hard to keep the peace around the island. It all was taking a toll on him. It also wasn't helping that with each relationship he's had that failed, kept breaking his heart. He was still trying to be optimistic at this time, though he felt like he was falling apart because of all this. However, he did accept the position of Ranger Deputy when the time came, which helped make him feel stronger.

When the Legendary pokecats came to the island and promised to help make it better, this made Ricard feel happy. He felt happy that these powerful pokecats were willing to help them. It also helped that he was meeting new pokecats, and started to stop feeling sorry for himself when it came to his past, but not fully. He still keeps up with what he's been doing, though he isn't showing how worn out he is as much anymore, wanting to be strong to help keep the island safe.

After spending a long time on the island, Ricard soon saw the introduction of a new rank on the island: Apprentice to merchants. Ricard knew that this really appealed to him, however he knew he might not be a good fit as a Flareon. He waited until the Wish Shop opened again. When it did, he changed himself to a Talonflame so he could become a better apprentice, able to leave the island if need be to do stuff for the merchants.

RP example:
Ricard was zooming though some ancient ruins. This was a new area to him, and as such, he was very happy. He was halfway down a long hallway when he heard “Ricard, wait up.”
His partner was falling behind. Ricard tried to stop, but instead rolled into a cloth and it surrounded him.
“Ricard, you need to learn how to slow down and follow orders.” His superior said, getting the cloth off him.
“I’m sorry, sir. I won’t do it again.” Ricard said, looking down. He began following behind his superior like he was supposed to. He really hated his superior, but he couldn’t do anything about it.
They reached a big room with a chest in the middle. The superior motioned Ricard to stay as he went ahead. The superior was about to open the chest, when a trap activated. Ricard saw a Team Rocket grunt which was a Raticate walking towards the superior.
“You will make a fine addition to our army.” He said. Ricard moved a little, but the grunt saw him.
“HEY! What is a child like you doing here? Get out of here. You’re nothing!” The grunt shouted.
Ricard instead charged the grunt. He opened up with a Quick attack and nailed the grunt right in the gut. Ricard then used Sand Attack, but the grunt hit Ricard with a Headbutt. It sent him flying towards a wall. Ricard hit it and fell, but still got up. Ricard charged again, but instead used Bite on the grunt to force him to run. All the while, the superior used Flame Wheel to burn the net. The grunt saw this, and fled.
“Good job, Ricard. You’re proving to be a bit more serious instead of being a child.” He said to him as they both opened the chest. They saw what they were looking for: an egg.
“Let’s get this back to base.” The superior said, as they walked out of the ruins, but not before Ricard bounced off the walls after finding what looked like a bell and jumping for joy outside.
